Dear Patients,
It has been a great privilege to be a physician for 42 years, and specifically, a gastroenterologist in Laguna Hills for 31 of these. I am honored to have met and participated in the care of many dear patients and their families, who have helped me, as well, with my own personal challenges. It is now time to retire and experience life's marvels like grandchildren, travel, and fitness. I highly recommend my patients to Dr. Dalia Ibrahim, a capable and dedicated gastroenterologist with whom I have worked for 2 years.
Your records are safely on file here at the office. Questions or requests for transfer can be addressed to our office manager at office@ibrahimmd.com. My retirement is effective December 31, 2017. The office premises, phone, and fax numbers remain the same.
I wish you health and happiness and thank you for the wonderful memories of our time together. I appreciate the trust you have placed in me over the years.
